Hello, this is my dear friend and his beautiful twin newborns.

We thank God for their lives but unfortunately they were born with a condition that joins them at the hip, a condition that compromises their health and decreases their chances of having a long, healthy life. 

Unfortunately the father and mother have been unable to find work because of the economic state of our home country, Cameroon, which is where they currently live. The twins have a poor prognosis and our family, near and far are doing everything we can to raise money to bring them to the United States so that a separation surgery can be performed and their quality of life can be improved.
