hi,my name is tom and i have recently been discovered to have lung cancer while being treated for a herniated disc,due to some hardships in last 10 years we have very little savings,i am looking for help for our household bills and some co pay medical costs for next 3 months,am still working but next 3 months will involve numerous procedures including partial removal of left lung followed by radiation and chemo,and possibly back surgery,so it may be a while before i can get back to full time work,i may even have to change careers.i am just trying to keep my wife and i in our house where we've been for 20 years and off the street while trying to recover and hopefully with successful outcome get back to work again-i will be glad to open medical records for those who ask,we are both terrified but trying to hold our heads up,we would be grateful for any help we can get,thank you
