Please Help Support Wendy Through Brain Tumor Surgery & Radiation Therapy.

My friend Wendy, very healthy and active, found out at the beginning of this year that she had an aggressive brain tumor. She was sent to UCSF Medical Center immediately. A very large tumor from the motor-skills area of her brain was removed. With therapy, she has been able to regain the use of her right arm/hand and leg/foot. The tumor is benign, but it has been determined there are two smaller tumors. Her team of specialists have decided the best course will be to go through a Radiation Treatment Plan. She had acute kidney failure, was stabilized, and now also needs an upper endoscopy procedure for removal of ulcers.

During all this, she was let go from her job. She has been unemployed due to the time frame having to deal with all the medical surgeries and healing time involved. She is now looking at radiation treatment with an unknown recovery time ahead of her. She has exhausted her savings account. Now she has been informed that the radiation procedure will be covered and certain parts of the endoscopy procedure, but not all the doctors’ services, not her temp housing, or transportation to/from the hospital during her treatments.

Wendy lives out of state from where her medical treatments are provided. She still has her home lease payment to keep a roof over her head as she recovers, plus food and travel expenses and doctors fees for the next 4 months

Can I call on friends, family & theirs to donate $20-$50 (or more) to bring in enough support/donations so she can rest and recover, until she is able to get another job, return to work and continue to take care of herself, her two Weiner Boyz, and help others!
