Hello, I'm Jim Edvenson one of the instructors at Operating Engineer's Local 234 training site. On March 7th of 2016, one of our apprentices, Dylan Watson died in tragic auto accident.
All of us here at the training site were very fond of this young man. Always smiling and happy to be here training with us. He was always helping me with servicing equipment or repairs.
I would like to raise funds for his funeral expenses and memorial stone. All funds raised will go to his family.Dylan was raised in the Menlo, IA area. He recently moved to Des Moines,IA. According to his Facebook page , he leaves behind his mother Christie Watson,father Randy Allsup, sister Katie Watson, and girlfriend Jessica Grier.
Dylan was a great guy, union member,son, brother and friend to a lot of people. Helping his family with expenses would mean a great deal to me.
