Glenn’s recovery fund
Donation protected
Many of you know our Dad, Glenn Witt. On August 20th, he was in a ATV accident where his 4-wheeler broke mid ride, throwing him off. This resulted in 9 fractured ribs, a fractured scapula (shoulder blade), and a punctured lung. He was life flighted to Billings where he received a chest tube and an epidural to help relieve the pain, which has been enormous.
As of today, August 23rd, he has had his chest tube removed and as long as his lung stays inflated, it will remain out. He continues to get epidurals for the immense pain and has a VERY long and painful recovery ahead of him.
All 11 bones that were broken are not able to be immobilized/casted. This will extend his recovery and require medical equipment at home to help him function in any capacity.
Unfortunately, there is no medical insurance to be billed for the hospital stay, extensive physical therapy and the medical equipment for their home.
As many of you know, Glenn would give you the shirt off his back and many of you have been a recipient of his kindness and generosity. We are asking that you help in any way you can whether it’s $1, $1000 or just sharing this GoFundMe. Anything is helpful during this stressful time.
We are praying that friends and family can rally around him and bless him by taking away the burden of medical expenses so he can focus on his recovery.
