In March, my brother-in-law, James, had a stroke resulting in a week-long stay in the hospital. He is at home and recovering well, but has a long road of recovery ahead of him.

Because of this unexpected event and the arrival of their second baby boy coming up in early May, they will be facing some large medical bills.
