Meet Brandy.

Brandy is my 10-year-old rescue dog and my best friend. Anyone who knows me knows that I never shut up about how amazing she is. I’ve had her since I was 15, and she has been with me through every major event in my life. I moved to Austin two years ago, and can’t imagine how I would’ve done it without her.

Recently, Brandy was diagnosed with cancer. She has already required extensive emergency care, diagnostics, and treatment, and I’ve spent over $7,000 so far just to get answers and stabilize her. The next step is an oncology consult and likely a splenectomy, a surgery that will hopefully give her more good time and quality of life. The estimated cost for this surgery is $5,000, not including ongoing care, medications, and follow-up visits.

I never imagined asking for help like this, but the cost is getting overwhelming, and I’m afraid it will I’m only continue to increase. I promised Brandy as long as she kept fighting that I would fight for her, and I would appreciate your help to do that. Every dollar raised will go directly toward Brandy’s surgery and medical care.
