My sister Teresa was diagnosed with ovarian cancer on October 2008. After several years of treatment and medical procedures, she was treated and cleared. In 2013, the cancer returned, recurrent stage IC clear cell carcinoma of the ovary. For the last two years, she has gone through extensive chemo treatments. She never stopped working while receiving chemo treatments till now.
Teresa is a mother of two children, Isaac and Melisa, and a wife to Rodolfo. She is a hard working, Christian woman that believes in helping others, and always welcoming people in need to her home in Nebraska. Not wanting to worry her family (specially mom and dad that live in California); she never told us that she was extremely ill and accumulating medical expenses that are beyond her means.
She now has stage IV cancer that has made her weak and unable to work. Her wishes are that she could see her daughter graduate from high school, and her son to continue college.
I am asking for donations to help prolong my sister's life so that she can continue receiving medical treatments. Although her husband has insurance, the insurance co-pays are beyond his means since he is now the only contributor to the household. She is now hospitalized and needs aggressive treatments that are extremely expensive.
Please help my sister Teresa, as she deserves to continue to live, and see her wishes come true.
