Hello, my name is Luis Moreno, 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Leukemia, (blood cancer) I am a patient at the hospital in the State of North Carolina and based in Chapel Hill . I was in my last phase of treatment, I had a relapse, the cancer reached my brain and is damaging my kidneys and pancreas. I don't have much time left, I have to receive a stem cell transplant as quickly as possible to be able to fight my cancer and be stable, it is a very expensive surgery, I do not have health insurance that covers my operation.
