Help me get through this

About a year ago I was hospitalized due to a bacterial infection called shigella. While trying to diagnose the infection, the hospital put me through several tests including a flexisigmoidoscopy. During this procedure the Doctors discovered a tumor. The pathology results indicated that the tumor was malignant and I began treatment for stage 1 colorectal cancer.
I completed the treatment in September with high hopes for remission. The treatment was intensive and because of the work I missed I fell behind on several bills. The American Cancer Society generously paid one months rent and while this helped tremendously it wasn't quite enough to get caught up.
I went in to see the doctor earlier this week to go over the results of an MRI I had recently taken and was told that my initial treatments were not successful. Knowing that I will have to start treatment again after falling so far behind with everything is scary. I am not sure how I will be able to get through this.
