Ethiopia Missions Trip

Hi I am Olivia Eshelman and I am in my first year at Liberty University. God has been moving in some very powerful ways over the past semester. I was recently given the incredible opportunity to serve overseas in Ethiopia this July. I have been on three missions trips before, all within the United States. During my senior year of high school, I was able to lead a group of middle school girls on a mission trip to Tallahassee, Florida. God taught me the importance of service, faith, leadership and compassion through these trips. Most importantly, God showed me the importance of love while revealing my calling to the mission field.

This summer I will be serving with Hope Project International, an organization dedicated to serving the Lord and making his name known while helping those in need gain access to education, shelter and nutrition. Over the course of ten days I will be assisting a team in installing concrete floors for families, doing community outreach and clothing distribution with Streets of Hope, and doing food preparation for families.
