Across the world, more than 500 million women lack access to basic menstrual products—items as essential as pads, tampons, toilet paper, and toiletries. This gap affects everything: school attendance, work, confidence, and basic dignity.

UpHill Reach was created to change that.

To date, we’ve delivered 5,000+ pads to women and families in need across multiple countries—but the need remains immense.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, many women and girls in Jamaica are now facing an urgent shortage of sanitary items. Homes and supplies have been lost, leaving countless families without the essentials to manage their period safely.

At the same time, we continue supporting vulnerable communities in the United States, where period poverty affects millions of women every year.

We are raising funds to send comprehensive sanitary kits—enough to get women through an entire cycle—to affected communities in Jamaica and to sustain our ongoing work across the U.S.
