TUVANA SAFARI FUNDRAISING

PROPOSAL

1. Executive Summary

Tuvana Safari is a new and ambitious Tanzanian-owned tour company based in Arusha,

the gateway to Africa’s greatest wildlife and mountain adventures. Our mission is to

connect travelers from around the world to the beauty of Tanzania — from thrilling safari

adventures across the Serengeti and Ngorongoro to the majestic climb of Mount

Kilimanjaro. With your support, we aim to raise $25,000 to officially launch Tuvana Safari

by covering essential startup costs such as company registration, website development,

office setup, and marketing outreach to attract international travelers.

Expense Item Estimated Cost (USD)

Company registration & licensing $1,000

Website development (booking system, SEO, domain) $3,000

Office rent & furnishing $5,000

Marketing, branding & photography $5,000

Safari company setup (uniforms, materials, signage) $2,000

2. The Problem

Many local tour guides and passionate young entrepreneurs in Tanzania have the

knowledge, experience, and energy to provide incredible travel experiences — but lack

access to the startup capital needed to build a professional tourism company. Without a

proper website, digital presence, or office setup, it’s hard to compete with large,

established operators and reach international clients.

3. Our Solution

Tuvana Safari will bridge this gap by building a trusted, professional, and locally managed

tour company that offers authentic Tanzanian safari and mountain experiences, promotes

community-based tourism, and focuses on quality service, fair prices, and eco-friendly

practices.

4. How the Funds Will Be Used

Total $25,000

5. Impact

By supporting Tuvana Safari, you’ll be helping to create jobs for local guides and youth in

Arusha, promote Tanzania’s tourism industry through ethical travel, and empower a young

local business to grow and compete on the global stage. Your contribution supports

environmental and cultural conservation through responsible travel.

6. Vision and Mission

Vision: To become a trusted name in African tourism by delivering unforgettable safari

and mountain experiences that empower local communities and preserve nature.

Mission: To offer authentic, personalized, and eco-friendly adventures across Tanzania —

connecting travelers to the heart of Africa through responsible tourism.

7. Call to Action

We kindly invite you to support Tuvana Safari on our journey to become one of Tanzania’s

most inspiring local tourism companies. Your donation — no matter the size — makes a

real difference in helping us register, set up, and reach travelers worldwide.
