Hi everyone,

I never imagined I’d be writing this, but my sweet dog Tuukka recently received some heartbreaking news. After losing 20lbs in one month I rushed him to the vet and learned he has a large tumor on his spleen that needs to be removed as soon as possible. Without surgery, the tumor could rupture at any time, which would be life-threatening.

Tuukka has been by my snuggle buddy through the hardest moments in life. He’s my best friend and the most loyal, gentle soul. If you’ve ever met him, you know his lack of giving others personal space and his love for pets and attention.

The surgery gives Tuukka the chance to live many more (he’s only 5) happy years—following Gunner, cuddling on the couch, and just being his goofy, loving self. Unfortunately, the cost of the procedure and follow-up care is overwhelming, and that’s why I’m reaching out for help.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward covering Tuukka’s surgery and recovery. Anything is helpful, even just thoughts and prayers are incredibly appreciated!
