Turning Loss Into Spacious Possibilities

A Prayer to My Village | A Communal Blessing for Sumoonah Bri

Beloveds,

This is my soft call into the wind—

a story, a song, a prayer to those who hold me

and have seen me through the many thresholds.

Over the past few moon cycles, I’ve been walking a sacred, rugged path of release and renewal. Life has asked me to surrender in ways I never imagined:

✨ I lost my nomadic gypsy vehicle in an accident in (Dec)

After much prayer and faith,

✨ I have transitioned into a new home and temple (Feb)

✨ I was recently released from my job that was directly supporting this home.

Although all of this is a testament of my faith and trusting the way, there is so much unknown.

These thresholds have shaken me from death to life. I have always pulled myself through as a warrior and realizing that I don’t have to meet every challenge by myself. Along with my ancestors, I have you.

I am asking to be lifted and supported—by you, my people, my tribe, my village

I’m calling for support to meet essential housing and financial needs as I re-root myself in safety, nourishment, and clarity.

**My goal is to raise \$4,444 by May 31st.**

This amount will support:

• 3 Months Rent and housing stabilization

• Nourishment through food and basic needs

• Time to rest, repair, and listening for the next aligned steps
