I’ve committed to the Gymshark 66 Challenge — 66 days of intentional consistency — to raise awareness and funds for Atrial Fibrillation (AFib).
I’m a dancer and choreographer, a dad in my 40s, and a former member of the original Flawless crew, appearing on Britain’s Got Talent (2009) and in the StreetDance 3D films. Fitness has always been essential to my work and my life.
I was first diagnosed with AFib in my 30s, during my transition into teaching. I experienced four AFib episodes, undergoing two cardioversions and two ablation procedures. I was told my case was rare for someone young and active, and the experience affected me both physically and mentally.
During those testing times, my faith deepened. I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, and He became my source of strength, peace, and direction. This challenge is not only physical, but also a commitment to draw closer to Him through consistent prayer and devotion.
Today, I teach at Urdang Academy and City St George’s, University of London, training the next generation of performers. Health is vital in this industry, and I hope this journey sends a powerful message about consistency, wellbeing, and faith.
All funds raised will be donated to the Arrhythmia Alliance / Atrial Fibrillation Association to support education, awareness, and research.
Thank you for supporting this journey — whether through donating, sharing, or learning more about AFib.
