Hello, my name is Dr. Gene A Constant, and I am a veteran, author, and the founder of the Foundation for Global Instruction. For decades, I have dedicated my life to empowering individuals through knowledge and personal transformation. Through my writing and work, I have championed traditional values, practical knowledge, and principled leadership.

Today, the world faces a critical challenge: a perfect storm of educational inequality, a growing skills gap, and a generational knowledge drain. With Baby Boomers retiring at a rapid rate, irreplaceable wisdom is walking out the door.

This is why I founded Global Sovereign University (GSU), an initiative of the Foundation for Global Instruction. GSU is not just another online school; it is a "civilization preservation project". We are building a global educational network that turns this crisis into an educational renaissance by connecting the wisdom of elders with the needs of a new generation.

The Mission: Rebuilding Civilization

Our mission is clear: to rebuild civilization one voice at a time. We do this by creating a unique educational ecosystem with five key pillars:

Human Infrastructure: We recruit retired professionals and skilled tradespeople to serve as volunteer teachers.

Technology Bridge: We use AI to create digital teaching assistants that extend the reach of human teachers, offering 24/7 availability across time zones.

Content Foundation: We transform my 120+ books and 600+ podcasts into a structured curriculum, which is then supplemented by content from our volunteer experts.

Physical Network: We establish regional centers and mobile learning units in places like Elks lodges and tribal centers to bring education directly to underserved communities.

Partnership Web: We collaborate with organizations like the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and tribal nations to build a network of support and shared values.

The vision for this project is ambitious: for every child yet born and every soul still searching, we will be a shining light upon the mountain, bringing hope to all languages and cultures worldwide. We believe that "Help Is On the Way."
