As a Trans-femme, Non-binary, Butch Dyke, I need my body to align with my transexual gender identity. The NHS are currently denying me a PPV (specific type of vaginoplasty), which I have been requesting since 2024 to and suffered only scrutiny from their Psych Doc (because all trans folk are crazy, right?) and been turned away multiple times for what they call "no adequate reason". My only option now is private healthcare outside of England whilst pursuing a legal challenge with the NHS for equal access to care.

My target ok £26K should be enough to cover surgery and care. If I don't reach that, I will hire a solicitor with whatever I have raised.
