Turk’s Team

My name is Sam Smith, and I’m raising money for my friend, Steve “Turk” Tarnowski, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 esophageal cancer. Anyone who knows him can tell you that Turk is as tough as nails, but as he begins treatment on October 4th, he will need help from us, “Turk’s Team,” made up of family, friends, and others. As a dad of three, covering medical costs and time away from work will be challenging. Will you join me and be a part of Turk’s Team as he begins his fight?
