My name is Sam Smith, and I’m raising money for my friend, Steve “Turk” Tarnowski, who was recently diagnosed with stage 3 esophageal cancer. Anyone who knows him can tell you that Turk is as tough as nails, but as he begins treatment on October 4th, he will need help from us, “Turk’s Team,” made up of family, friends, and others.
