Den Members,

 

We are banding together to support our distant family members who are being forcibly separated and need our help to sustain the basics of life. If you cannot give monetarily, your prayers, positive thoughts, and random acts of kindness will go a long way to combat the negativity in our beautiful world. We love you; keep doing good, be kind, and remember to be grateful for what you have and contribute to the world. 

Next steps: Once the fundraiser closes on 24 March 2022 at 1200 EST and the funds are released to my personal bank account, I will coordinate with the affected families living as refugees from or still in Ukraine to ensure the funds get to them in a manner that actually helps. The funds will be used to fund credit/debit cards, pay for utilities and phone bills, and even transportation. As of this writing, we have identified ways to get money to people's debit cards via Western Union as there is no cash available anywhere within Ukraine or in the immediate border areas outside of the country.  As this was an internal company project, I appreciate everyone's discretion to keep our people safe, but more importantly, thank you for stepping up and supporting this. Your trust in me and what we are doing is not lost.
