Tunica the Forest Cat: His Road to Recovery

Meet Tunica!

I found him in the woods of Tunica Hills (St. Francisville, Louisiana.)

I was our hiking and crossed pathes with this little baby. Incredibly hungry, lost and more than happy to eat my left over breakfast burrito.

Finding him was like finding a needle in a hay stack and I've never seen a more grateful cat. He had to have been in that stretch of forest for a month at least.

I've been nursing him back to health. We've made several vet visits and he's on a list of antibodies for the next few weeks.

His medications have included.

•Dewormer

•Orbax

• Doxycycline

•Metronidezole

•Proviable-Forte (for the tummy)
