For years, I've battled with so many dark secrets. I've been battling with Anxiety and Depression since 2008. I grew up without a mother and at the hands of my father, experienced physical, verbal, emotional and sexual abuse. I was so ashamed to even utter those words, for anyone to hear. I started having children at the age of 19 and currently have four beautiful blessings. They range from ages 25, 23, 18 and last but definitely not least 9 years old. I wouldn't change it for anything. I've also, suffered at the hands of their father and most atrociously his mother. She's threatened my life so many times and in June 2019 my eldest son and I ended up in the hospital emergency room, battling from psychosis. This was after one of her attempts. I'd found out she had been using spiritual attacks aka witchcraft on me for years, trying to take my life. It's been a real struggle being the only reliable source for my children, as their father has spent most of his life incarcerated and has since returned from prison to go live with his new found love. I've always been the one to encourage and support others. But now, I feel I'm at a point where I'm in need of some personal support. Having 4 children and going through so many traumas, is taking a toll on me. Both physically and mentally. My self esteem is at an all time low. After my hospital visit in 2019, I created a YouTube platform https://youtube.com/c/ShortnSpicyNikks

Where I use my channel to inspire and encourage others through my experiences and knowledge of battling with Mental Illness. 

My eldest son, also battles with mental illness now. I would like to document my journey for my supporters. But most of all, I'd like to be a lot more comfortable in my own skin. I've battled severely with self-esteem because of these experiences. Which has also led to my issue with Excoriation Disorder(Skin Picking Disorder). I'm very confident in myself, but not so much in the appearance of my sagging breast and loose skin on my stomach. These procedures would give me the opportunity to feel a lot better about myself, not to mention more comfortable socializing again. I would really appreciate your support on this journey.
