Hi everyone,  I'm starting this page for my sister Heather and her dog Tulo, who is needing some very expensive surgery this evening. He has a mass in his stomach that needs to be removed immediately in order for him to survive. The surgery is upwards of $4000, but we have no choice but to do it in order to keep our furry family member healthy.  Sorry to put this out there at a time of year when there are so many other expenses out there for everyone, but every little bit helps :).
