Hiii! My name’s Holly-Sue, I am from South West Wales, and I am raising funds to afford to attend the Intensive Four Month Hair and Makeup SFX Course , at the Christine Blundell Makeup Academy.
Coming from South West Wales, in the small county of Pembrokeshire I was lucky to be introduced to theatre in the way that I was, with thanks to my family. I have always had a keen interest in theatre, and was lucky enough to study Stage Management at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where my love for theatre, and the arts as a whole, continued to grow.
I have always been creative, and fell in love with makeup and SFX work in my teens, a passion which has continued into my adult life and beyond. If you wish to see some of my work please find linked my portfolio !
I have done various theatre work since graduating and I am looking to expand my horizons more, and hone my skills that I have taught myself over the years and this course is the perfect opportunity to do that.
With paid work experience guaranteed by the school, and with the level of experience that their tutors have, this school is the opportune place for me to practice and learn the skills needed to break out into the makeup and SFX side of an industry I already love: allowing me to work on projects that I could never have imagined, and for companies I could have only dreamed about should luck allow.
All funds will be going towards the course fees!
