Tucks’s Medical Care
Tucks is the most amazing cat. I adopted him in the middle of the pandemic as he was looking for a new home after being surrendered due to cancer. The shelter did a great job getting him heathy (removing the eye). though, his cancer may never be truly ‘gone’
He is an older cat, but besides the cancer, he is in good health and will hopefully be around with me for many years.
Recently we had a vet appointment to do a more thorough check to see if the cancer may have spread, via X-ray
The radiologist indicated an area in his sinuses that needs further inspection. The only way to do so is with a CT scan. Unfortunately those are quite expensive.
That’s why I’m here, I’m hoping to raise enough to cover the costs of the exam (estimated to be about $2000). Anything more raised will be donated to the Animal Humane Society, the shelter in Minneapolis who took care of my sweet guy.
