Tucker is an uncharacteristically brilliant, compassionate, and insightful 7-year old with a gentle spirit far beyond his age. Sadly, Tucker unexpectedly lost his father, Jeffrey Proctor, on July 14th, 2021. This fund has been established to help Tucker with educational expenses for higher or specialized learning as he grows older and prepares to change the world for the better.
