As many of you have already heard, this month, Tuck had a mild stroke. This is the third time in 3 years. He is now doing better and at home. He's on medication and will be undergoing a series of tests .The doctor thinks there may be a build up of placque in an artery. As these happen suddenly with no warning the doctor has placed him on a 3 month no driving order!
Tuck has a very full schedule this summer, and he wants to honor all of those commitments. He loves playing music most of all. I cannot predict the future or what they might find with the tests. My goal is keeping Tuck healthy and still able to play his shows for all of you. Being that he can't drive and we have two delightfully energetic dogs whom love everyone and everything they see, poses a couple additional compliçations. For those venues that do not mind our dogs attending the shows, please let me know. With the help of friends we have secured a trailer to haul his gear. And some friends are willing to drive Tuck to the shows. I will get a hitch put on my truck and drive him to the ones that will allow our dogs.
Of course all of this is pending on the results of his tests and HEALTH. Tuck is happiest playing music, being happy will keep him healthy!! Your thoughts and prayers and him knowing how much you all love him will speed his recovery.
Help us to raise money to get him driver's and gas money so he can honor his commitments, and so we can hear the gift of his music. As well as to help cover all medical expenses. Thank you
