Tubac Jack’s Coronavirus Fund

This just in from Jim, the owner of Tubac Jack’s:

Hello friends,

As you know, Tubac Jack’s has been closed for the last week due to the virus issues. As you may imagine, this has caused an incredible hardship on the business as well as our staff.

In the middle of this, I received the most thoughtful call from Larry Woster, one of the musicians who has played at Tubac Jack’s on Saturday nights on our patio. He expressed his thanks for the effort that Jack’s has made over the years to bring quality music to Tubac and make it accessible to the public at no charge. He asked if in return, he could establish this Go Fund Me page to attempt to raise funds so that our local music program could continue.

Needless to say, I was overwhelmed by his gratitude and his appreciation of how much it takes to keep the music alive and accessible to the Tubac community.

So, if you can donate or share this message to those that can, you will join Tubac Jack’s in continuing to enjoy the local, vibrant sounds of Hardscrabble Road, Lucy Hrin & The Grackles, Open Road Band, Bad News Blues Band, Amosphere, Heather Hardy, One Ghost, Kevin Pakulis, Gregg Carr and of course, my second cousin, Chuck Wagon.

My thanks go out to all of the extraordinary musicians who have played for us over the years.
