Hi. My name is Sean McCulloch and on 1/10/2014 I was told I had a huge tumor in my bladder that needed URGENT attention. I went through several months of MVAC chemotherapy (May-July, 2014) which left me weak and exhausted, but with little positive results. Then on 9/10/2014 a wonderful team of surgeons at Keck Medical Center at USC volunteered to perform the removal of my cancerous bladder, prostate & lymph glands in an 11-hour operation in which they also constructed a neuvo bladder for me and reconstructed an entire kidney/bowel function. On 3/7/2015 the doctors reported that the cancer had spread to 60% of my bones and they told me I have very little time left. I had a pension from working at AT&T for over a decade which the company said would be paid to my estate to cover my funeral and final expenses. But, upon following up on everything last week, AT&T now says they made a mistake and if I die before age 65 (I am 46) NO MONEY will be paid to my estate. The said they will just KEEP my vested pension. This leaves me TOTALLY without funds for a funeral and any final arrangements and very LITTLE time to figure something out, as I was COUNTING on my pension covering everything! My goal is $20,000 of which $15,000 would be to cover a casket and my funeral and $5,000 to cover unforseen expenses. If you are in a position to help...ANY amount would be GREATLY APPRECIATED $5, $10, $50...ANY amount even $1 may make a difference. I thank you for reading my story and AGAIN Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity. God Bless us ALL. Sincerely, Sean McCulloch 55/2015
