Desde 2019 he estado luchando contra un adenocarcinoma de endometrio. Tras una cirugía radical en 2023, múltiples ciclos de quimioterapia y radioterapia externa, mi batalla continúa. A principios de 2025, los médicos detectaron una persistencia de la enfermedad que ha complicado mi situación actual.

Actualmente, mi equipo médico ha determinado que el siguiente paso vital para frenar la enfermedad es un tratamiento de braquiterapia oncológica de alta precisión. Este procedimiento consiste en tres sesiones especializadas que permitirán atacar directamente las células afectadas, protegiendo mis otros órganos y dándome la oportunidad de recuperarme.

Los costos del tratamiento oncológico son elevados y superan mis posibilidades actuales. El dinero recaudado se destinará íntegramente a:

* Las 3 sesiones de braquiterapia 3D con planificación inversa.

* Gastos médicos y anestesia.

* Estudios de control (resonancias y tomografías) necesarios para el procedimiento.

* Mantenimiento de los insumos médicos requeridos durante el tratamiento.

Hi everyone, my name is Gabriela, and I am reaching out today to ask for your support during a crucial moment for my health.

Since 2019, I have been fighting endometrial adenocarcinoma. Following a radical surgery in 2023 and multiple cycles of chemotherapy and external radiation, my battle continues. In early 2025, doctors detected a persistence of the disease that has complicated my current situation.

At this stage, my medical team has determined that the vital next step to stop the disease is a high-precision oncological brachytherapy treatment. This procedure consists of three specialized sessions that will allow for a direct attack on the affected cells while protecting my other organs, giving me a real chance at recovery.

The costs of oncological treatment are high and beyond my current means. All funds raised will be used entirely for:

* 3 sessions of 3D brachytherapy with inverse planning.

* Medical fees and anesthesia.

* Follow-up imaging (MRI and CT scans) required for the procedure.
