Victor was a very happy young man. He was 23 years old. On September 7th Victor sustained an injury. Unfortunately victor was not able to recover from this injury and went into a coma. A couple of days later he was pronounced brain dead. This fund is being set up to help the family with expenses. All funds received will go directly to Victor’s mother. Thank you.
