My name is Seth Jensen and I have been in a wheel chair since I was about six years old.
I have started this GoFundMe in an effort to help out my dad, who has been Uber driving for the past couple of years working to earn funds for a new Mobility Van for me.
My current Mobility Van, a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country, has about 290,000 miles on it and was gifted to us by my dad’s business partner and employer about ten years ago.
One of the things I enjoy most is getting out and about to see friends and family.
