Spencer's Top Surgery

Okay guys, here is my story. my name is Spencer I'm almost 25, my story has been happening since I was 11, I grew up in a very religious household ( I do not have a problem with religion) i knew from a very young age that i was different! I  didn't belong in the frilly Little dresses my family continued to put me in, I wanted to be in the awesome dress pants and button down like every other little boy I had ever seen at church.  I loved trucks and mud! As I hit puberty I started getting depressed my family didn't understand and as an 11 year old I didn't understand how to express myself. All I knew was that I was different. After multiple suicide attempts, and talking to people like myself i understood what i was going through! I realized yes i was correct for the way i was feeling because deep down i knew i needed to be the man i had always dreamed about becoming!
With that being said, I need help. I have thought about it so many times should I make one of these but at this time I have no choice. I am trying to save money but now that i have lost my insurance this is even harder. I am asking for help for my top surgery. The depression is rough my dysphoria is even worse. I know getting top surgery will help me in more than one way! the amount I'm asking for is for the surgery and any follow up appointments I may encounter.
