Support David's Family

As some of you may have heard, our CARE Family recently lost one of its greatest Champions. David Hancock - father, husband, brother, son, friend - passed away unexpectedly in his sleep a few nights ago. This tragic news has been a devastating shock to us, and words simply cannot express how deep and sorrowful our condolences are for David's wife, Samantha, and their four children.

David was exceptionally devoted to his family, and he was also one of the most dedicated volunteers CARE has ever had. He devoted years of service and sacrifice towards helping make our small-town facility the world-class organization it is known to be. His love for the big cats of CARE was immeasurable and ever-present, as was his love of fellowship, friendship, and laughter. He has left a lifelong impression on all of our hearts.

Although nothing in this world can fill the void left by his passing, we wish, at the very least, to help ease some of the immediate difficulties his family is faced with. This memorial fund will be used to help pay for David's funeral costs with any remainder going to the direct support of David's wife and children - something to help them navigate the rough waters ahead.
