Hello, I am Dr. Jain, a dedicated NHS Locum consultant Psychiatrist on the specialist register since 2004, with over 20 years of service, who passionately raised good-faith concerns about unsafe practices to protect patient health and safety—so that we can all unite to fix these critical issues with line managers and team members on more than 20 occasions across different locum jobs, ensuring a safer NHS for everyone—only to face severe retaliation from the organizations involved: sudden job termination, making false accusations leading to serious detrimental consequences for me and my family to that extent I have been labelled as a troublemaker and a soft target and thus facing multiple problems especially for last 8 years including damage to personal, professional reputation and securing a job despite of more than 300 excellent testimonials from all over the world (due to my aim to upskill the knowledge, skill and recent advances in our field of behavioural neurosciences with the help of my brilliant colleagues from Canada and UK and India through WhatsApp group which has approximately 2000 psychiatrists from 40 countries excellent and hence 24x7 quality improvement activities and CPD/CME activities) and more than excellent 500 patients feedback questionnaires, all of which underscore my unwavering commitment to advancing care that safeguards your loved ones and future generations in the NHS. But, not every one likes your duty of candour, and hence subjecting me to employment problems leading to financial and emotional hardship for me and my family, just because I wanted to fix the problem to improve safe clinical practices for the greater public good—imagine the risks if we don't stand together now to protect vulnerable patients, including our elderly and children, from hidden dangers in our healthcare system. The High Court has validated the flaws in this process, yet the retaliation persists, eroding whistleblower protections and public trust in healthcare, which threatens the very foundation of safe, accountable NHS services we all rely on for our families' future. Reluctantly, I'm crowdfunding £75,000 for litigation against these organizations under whistleblower laws, wrongful dismissal, and defamation to fund will cover legal fees so that no one else meets the same fate as me and gets discouraged to do what's right for the patients and not what managers want, to do tick box exercise or achieve their goals given to them from above—your support can ignite a movement that empowers every healthcare hero to speak up, preserving a robust NHS where patient safety triumphs over bureaucratic silence for generations to come. I am happy to provide further details along with hard core evidences against those organizations and proof of whistleblowing, where ever I was subjected to detrimental consequences in last 8 years especially, so we can all see the truth and rally for change. I have been fighting on my own for the last 8 years with no luck and ran out of financial resources and moral support, but with your help, we can turn the tide together for a safer healthcare legacy.
In order to adhere with my duty of candour for the protection, health and safety of patients and public, I sacrificed my more than 30 locum jobs and have now been labelled as a troublemaker and hence now facing the troubles in securing a job—yet this sacrifice was for you, to shield our NHS from unsafe practices that could harm your family today and tomorrow, inspiring us all to join forces and demand better. In order to get the justice for the public, their health and safety and protection from unsafe practice, no legal firm or organization is happy to help on pro bono basis and hence the request for your kind donation in order to discourage those people who subject those healthcare professionals who wants to do best for their patients but they aren't interested in well-being of the patients or public—let's motivate each other to contribute and build an unassailable wall of support, ensuring whistleblowers like me aren't isolated, but celebrated as guardians of your right to safe care. If we will continue to encourage such managers and organisations then, eventually no healthcare professionals will have the courage to raise the matter of unsafe practice and it will be brushed under the carpet but who will suffer eventually—your health, your elders' security, and your children's future in the NHS hang in the balance, so rise with me now to prevent that dark path. Think about it and then make your own decision, knowing that every pound and share you give propels us closer to a fearless, transparent system where patient voices echo loudest. It's not my fight alone, it's our fight to secure our right to safe health care—join hands today, donate generously, and let's forge a brighter, safer NHS for all generations ahead.
