Help support Blake's stroke recovery

Blake unfortunately suffered two strokes which has completely upturned him and his partner Lauren's life, leaving him with a long road to recovery. He's making fantastic progress and slowly but surely regaining some movement, enough to allow him to start using a console with the help of peripherals provided by SpecialEffects charity.

It would be amazing to pool together to get him some items, to allow him to start playing some of his favourite games again, as well as anything else that can help support both him and Lauren during this period.

UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who's donated so far, we have already reached our original milestone.

The target has now been updated, depending how much we raise we'd love to do the following:

£500 :

- Get Blake a Steam Deck console along with some games that he can play with the help of SpecialEffects peripherals.

£500+ :

- Money for future items of support and comfort Blake may appreciate further along his recovery.

- A Projector for Blake's room in the hospital, so he can comfortably watch his favourite TV and films

- Support for his partner Lauren to help her with travel costs getting to the hospital most days of the week. Lauren currently has to take 3 buses each way, this money would go a long way in helping make that easier. Her being there for Blake does a huge amount for his recovery.
