Hi my name is Alice Garrison Cordova. My Husband is Jose Cordova. He is 59 years old.

Jose got covid back in December and since then his health has taken a nose dive. We have faced many challenges over the last 8 months, but now we are facing his heart failing. He is currently home released from Iowa hospital on friday with a life vest to help to keep him alive. The life vest costs $2,375.00 a month. We have been in contact with the cardiologist who will be handling his care. The surgery to put a defibrillator in to help his heart function even at a low capacity is in upward of $75,000 dollars. We do not have insurance, so the down payment will be 50% to 75% to start the process. The medical bills we have accumulated, plus the monthly meds ect total over $200,000.00.

Jose is the kindest person you could ever meet. He has a sense of humor like no other, and he just wants to live.

I know things are tough right now for most. But I am begging you to please help us save his life. It would mean the world to us and our children.
