Support for Jack

Dear Friends of Jack Dozier -

Hello, my name is Ron and If you are in reading this than like me, Jack Dozier is a valued friend or relative. What you may or may not know, is that Jack is fighting the battle of his life with cancer.

I’ve known Jack for a relatively short time compared to many of you, but if you have the good fortune of his friendship, then you also know his character, generosity and old school values. This is a man who has supported each of us in different ways over many years/decades.

And for perhaps the first time in his life, Jack is in need.

Jack received his diagnosis over 6 months ago and his life since has been turned upside down. He’s been undergoing recurring chemotherapy treatments which cycle and then repeat every 3 weeks. All of you know Jack’s constitution, but this regimen takes an enormous toll – not just on the body, but on the mind and spirit. Fight as he may, the treatment has rendered Jack unable to work. In addition, the medical expenses are enormous and tragically, insurance is not coming close to covering the bills which are now stacking up.

Many of you have expressed a desire to help, and for that reason, we have setup this GoFundMe account. Using the link below, you can send messages of goodwill to Jack, and also make donations to assist Jack and Jamie in their difficult journey. This was not Jack’s desire or suggestion, but he agreed to let us set this up as a means for his friends and family to express their positive thoughts and share support.
