Tess’s medical costs
Donation protected
Hi
My names Carter, I'm fundraising for Tess, our beautiful German Shepherd.
She's 6 years old and in the last week she has had to visit the vet and found that she has a form of anemia, but we dont know the cause.
So far we had had 2 blood transfusions completed, steroids and other medications, and she's about to have a 3rd transfusion.
The reason for the fund is because the insurance has hit its maximum limit, and if this transfusion doesn't work, we need to have bone marrow extracted and tested and CT Scans done to find out what the cause is, and hope and pray that it is something that can be cured, but these tests, we've been told will cost around £10,000.
This is honestly heartbreaking because this girl is the most incredible animal. As well as being a member of the family and makes every day special, she helps my mum with her dog walking and boarding business almost like she's in charge of making each and every dog welcome and part of her pack.
It's a devastating time and any help that can be given is about making Tess better.
God forbid if the worst was to happen, then we are making it clear that if me or my mum are contacted directly, donations will be returned, otherwise any monies left will be donated to a dogs charity to help others not have to go this this unbelievable pain.
