Flash flood victim

We are the recent victims of flash flooding. Living in our home since 2001 we have never experienced anything like this. We have not seen the red cross yet and the FEMA paperwork is unable to be completed yet because it is still at the state level. We have lost personal items we can never replace, furnace, hot water heater and much more. Our garage remains under water. Thank you to all those who have helped us. While we have house and garage insurance we do not have flood protection. Would of never anticipated something this devestating. We are exhausted and lost.
