Back in March, my ex-husband suddenly told me he wanted a divorce and that my daughter and I had to leave the home. I had no time to prepare, and ever since then I’ve been trying to hold everything together while keeping my daughter safe and encouraged. Then in August, I lost my job due to lack of funding, and it pushed us into an even harder place. Right now, we don’t have a stable home of our own, and I’m doing everything I can to change that.

The funds from this fundraiser will go toward securing a safe place to live, covering move-in costs, rent, utilities, groceries, and daily essentials while I continue applying for jobs every day. It will also help with transportation so I can get to interviews and take my daughter where she needs to go.
