I was originally injured June of last year with a lower back injury and placed on wsib.. since that time I have gone to physio quite often and had gone back to work with some restrictions and  still working with wsib on a temporary basis during my physio I had started to get massive pain and burning sensation in my shoulder and arm to which I let me physiotherapist know. Finally went to see a doctor about it at which time he decided I needed to see a specialist which I did and he believed I had something pinched between my C3/C4. So he wrote me off work again until we can get this sorted which is where I am now, still off work waiting on my MRI results and to hear what’s next.

I’ve been off work now for 4 months, supposed to be on short term disability thru work and been going through hoops and hurdles to still no avail. I’ve already received eviction notice haven’t been able to pay rent since November or any other bills. I now have a negative bank account all of my subscriptions have been canceled my phone will be next. I’m  not sure what is going on with work as I haven’t received any updates what is happening in regards to me, wsib or my restrictions.  I fear I will be homeless and without any way to get the updates in regards to my situation.
