Trying to prevent my blindness

Today feb 8th 2018 i went to a eye specialist and was told that in my right eye my retina has separated and only has a 20% chance of being repaired so i will go blind in the right eye. Also the left eye retna is also separating.The doctor says he can fix the left eye,however he must act fast or i can face permenant blindness.I need surgury immediately .I will be off work 30 days or more.I do not have any comp time at this time.Can you please donate what you can to help. please help asap time is not on my side at all on this!
