Trying to keep my home of 40 years that I built

My name is Andy. I co founded The Heartwood owner builder school in 1978 to teach carpentry and solar design to change the world. Built the house, Colesbrook, with students, over 12 year period. At 75 with health issues, I no longer have income. Need help to keep up with bills and mortgage payoff.
