Trying to get my first EP mix and mastered

Hello World,

I am Minna and I have taken the plunge in my 29th year to start recording original music. I have just returned home from living overseas for 7 years. There are so many people that need help in the world, it is my hope that one day I will be in a position to give back and support as many people as I can.

Just before I left New Zealand I managed to get into a recording studio to record my first ever EP. So far, it compiles of four songs. I spent three and a bit days in the studio and I had never sung into a condenser mic, or had any experience of the recording process. However, I had managed to save enough to get the initial part of the recording done. It is massively out of my comfort zone to do something like this, but every little helps and moving back home isn't a cheap process. Neither it turns out is recording music. I have the cover art ready, I have the songs recorded, I just need the last chunk of money to get it all finalised and out on platforms for people to listen to it. I am not expecting much, but I also owe it to myself to try.
