Trying to get home to recouperate and get well

I was involved in motor vehicle accident where my truck left the roadway rolled over several times my dog and I are now stranded in Pennsylvania. Was an ICU for 5 or 6 days after facial surgery had my jaw reconstructed. I also have been told that I have DVT and my left leg deep vein thrombosis. And now I'm on blood thinners. I'm used just about all of my savings now on the hotel room since I've been released from the hospital and medication and some food for my dog. My dog somehow miraculously escaped with just some shock but no injuries. . I am in DuBois Pennsylvania. I was admitted into the Dubois hospital where they did my surgery.

 

I was over the road truck driver working for my current company. I am or have not been fired i just am triing to get help outsode of work.   I was caught off guard by some cold temperatures on top of the mountain in Pennsylvania on i-80. My truck went over embankment down approximately 120 ft rolling three or four times they say. Tearing the cab apart my clothes and personal belongings were scattered over the hill. I've replaced some through a friend that I met here who works for PennDOT. She brought me to her church got me some clothes replacing my toiletries socks and underwear and things like that was costly. If I get back down to Kansas City Missouri I have family down there that I can stay with while I recuperate. But they're unable to leave to drive up to Pennsylvania to pick me up
