Trying to get deposit for my house

So our landlord has decided to sell. They were trying to sell underneath us, by telling us the by-law has a letter to clean up our yard (It's not messy). So my dad went to the town and figured out that it was a lie. They are just wanting to sell. 

We need $60,000 for the down payment, or we will have to move. I know its not something I ever want to ask of anyone, but I don't have this in my back pocket.. 

I am not sure how fast we need this amount, but as soon as possible is the best bet I can hope for.

I have lived in this house for 21-22 years. I am 29. I don't want to move. 

This house has almost everything original, so it needs a lot of work.

Please consider helping my family. It's all I can hope and ask for..
