trying to buy my own home

hi, my name is bobby and i am 56 years old and i have never had a home i could call my own. i have been paying rent all my life to landlords who got greedy and raised the rent to what im not able to pay just to get me out so they can get someone in their house for more money. after i fix them up. this has to change. i am disabled due to a bad back and depression. so i am asking for help in getting my own home that i never have to move from again and then when i die, i can hand down to my son. thank you so much for taking the time to help.
