I'm Nathan D'Rozario - International Education & Training Manager for TRX Training.

On May 21st our TRX Course instructor, Yaroslav Soynikov, from Ukraine - Kyiv, will be delivering Two TRX workouts live via Zoom to help raie funds for himself and his family during this time of war in their country.

Yaroslav is the co-founder of Hiitworks, a chain of 10 fitness clubs in Kyiv.

Yaroslav: "We were forced to leave Kyiv after ten days of war, because of the bombings. My family (my wife and two kids, 3 and 9 yo) spent ten full days in an air-raid shelter, like many others in those days."

"I am now more or less ok these days. We have everything we need to stay alive. I am doing my best to support my friends who are either fighting or doing super important work in Kyiv - like helping people who can not take care of themselves, evacuating from super dangerous places, etc."

"Now, after two terrible months, Ukraine is still fighting. At the same time, we are trying to learn the new “lifestyle”- life in war. And fitness is still a very important part of this life. It helps us stay mentally strong, positive, healthy and optimistic."

"So I am not in hunger and cold, just want to do my work."

Yaroslav is now looking to re-open his business. "This is a main goal. Supporting my team now is critically important to survive as a business. Our trainers are super professional and enthusiastic people. So I will work hard - both to be able to help our clients and to take care of the families of our employees."

"We believe we can survive as a country and business!"
