Where to begin...
In February 2024, my father-in-law — a devoted Christian, loving husband, providing father, gracious grandfather, and loyal friend — was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Since then, he has been courageously battling with steadfast strength and unwavering faith. Anyone who knows him knew his deep faith, his candid humor, and the way he continually showed up for the people he loves.
Through it all, my mother-in-law has remained by his side as his best friend, caregiver, comfort, and constant. After 48 years of marriage, their love is truly a living testimony of covenant — something beautiful to witness, even in the midst of hardship.
Now it is our turn to show up for them during one of the most difficult seasons.
The treatments, hospital visits, medications, and constant care have taken a physical and emotional toll that no family is ever truly prepared for.
If you feel led on your heart to bless them during this time, any gift — no matter the size — will go directly toward medical expenses and funeral expenses, helping to ease the burden Lidia is now carrying so she can focus on what matters most: healing, peace, and presence.
More than anything, we ask for prayer.
Pray for healing.
Pray for strength.
Pray for comfort in the long nights.
Pray for peace that surpasses understanding.
And pray for God’s merciful hand over them through it all.
We are deeply grateful for the love and support that has already surrounded the Covaci family — through words of encouragement, home visits, meals, and constant prayer. Thank you for standing with them and for continually lifting Aurel up before the Lord.
“Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” – Hebrews 10:23
